By accessing, purchasing, or using any service from Global CenX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Global CenX offers a wide range of digital services including, but not limited to: custom web hosting, plugin installation, system integration, digital marketing, SEO optimization, business automation, technical support, and consultancy. Services are provided through direct purchase, online booking, account registration, or subscription models. Services may be tailored to both B2C (individual customers) and B2B (companies) needs.
Clients can pay via Stripe or bank transfer, with bank details provided in the invoice. Before any service begins, a personalized quote (defining scope, deliverables, and cost) will be issued. The quote, along with the invoice, serves as a formal contractual agreement between both parties. All services are prepaid unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Service delivery will commence upon payment confirmation. Timeframes and milestones are specified in the initial proposal. The client is responsible for providing timely access to systems and information required to fulfill the contract. Delays caused by the client may extend delivery times. All deliverables will be provided via digital means unless stated otherwise.
Clients may cancel orders prior to service commencement for a full or partial refund. Once services have begun, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on work completed. If Global CenX cannot fulfill a service for reasons within our control, a full refund will be issued. For recurring subscriptions, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the next billing cycle.
Global CenX processes personal data in compliance with the LGPD (Brazil) and GDPR (EU). Information collected (e.g., name, email, company, billing info) is used strictly for communication, billing, project execution, and support. Data is never shared with third parties without consent. Clients may request data access, rectification, or deletion by emailing info@globalcenx.com.

All content, logos, designs, systems, and documentation created by Global CenX remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their intended purpose. Resale or redistribution without permission is prohibited.
Global CenX shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or loss of revenue. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. The client is responsible for backups and local system integrity unless otherwise agreed.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Brazil. For international clients, we comply with EU legal frameworks and privacy regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, Brazil, unless another venue is mutually agreed upon in writing.
